Terms of Service

These terms apply when you place an order with AD PARTSOL, a unit of AD ELECTROTECH (Madhapur, Kendrapara, Odisha 754211, India), through WhatsApp, Telegram or any other channel we offer. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who can order

Our service is meant for businesses such as repair shops and mobile retailers.

Our ordering assistant

Our assistant on WhatsApp and Telegram is an automated (AI) system. It helps you describe the part you need and guides you through the order. Our team reviews orders and verifies payments, and may step in to help at any time.

Prices

You will be shown one total price for your order, with delivery included. The price is confirmed in the chat before you pay. Prices can change between orders because market and supplier rates change.

Placing and confirming an order

An order is created when you confirm your details in the chat. It is confirmed only after we receive and verify your advance payment. You will receive a 9-digit Order ID, which you should quote in any later message about that order.

Payment

• An advance payment of 20% of the order total confirms the order.
• The remaining 80% balance is payable before dispatch.
• Please send a clear screenshot of each payment. Our team verifies it before the order moves ahead.
• If a payment cannot be verified, we will tell you and you can send it again or ask for a re-check.

Packing and dispatch

Before dispatch we send you a video of your packed order. We dispatch once the full payment is verified. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier and local conditions.

Damaged, wrong or defective items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and report any damaged, wrong or defective item to us as soon as possible, with the Order ID and clear photos or a video. We will review each case and, where the issue is confirmed, offer a replacement or refund. The packing video is used as a reference.

Cancellations

Please contact us as early as possible if you want to cancel. Orders already sourced or packed for you may not be eligible for a full refund of the advance.

Your responsibilities

Please give correct details and a correct delivery address, and use the service lawfully. We may decline or stop orders that look fraudulent or abusive.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Odisha will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Updates apply to orders placed after the change.
