This policy explains what information AD PARTSOL (a unit of AD ELECTROTECH, Madhapur, Kendrapara, Odisha 754211, India) collects when you order through WhatsApp, Telegram or this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, phone number and the WhatsApp or Telegram account you message us from.
- Order details: the parts you ask for, quantities, prices quoted, and your delivery address.
- Messages and media: the text, photos, voice notes and videos you send us, including payment screenshots.
- Payment records: proof of payment you send and our verification status. We do not collect or store card details.
How we use it
- To understand your request, quote a price, confirm and fulfil your order.
- To verify payments, pack and dispatch your order, and provide support.
- To keep records that we need for accounting, security and fraud prevention.
Our ordering assistant is an automated AI system. To understand your messages, photos or voice notes, their content may be processed by our AI service provider. Prices are calculated by our own system, and orders and payments are checked by our team.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to serve you:
- Messaging platforms you choose to use, such as WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram.
- Technology providers that run our systems, such as cloud hosting and AI processing.
- Our own staff and delivery partners, who receive only what they need to pack and deliver your order.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Chat messages are kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically. Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or ask what we hold about you, by emailing adcomputers149@gmail.com or through our Contact page. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, subject to records we must keep by law.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please do not share sensitive information such as card numbers or passwords in chat.
